Glory Land Bound

Mountain Stream

Can you hear the voices that are calling

In the Beautiful Mountain Streams

The voices are deep and are hidden close to the waterfall

The pounding of the water beating hard as we have in our deep dreams.

It is so beautiful as it flows down the Mountain side

It is as if I can hear the voices calling in the dark but shining sky

It is the Spirits calling from the streams from years before

They only speak to the Indians that are looking for more.

The Spirits of our heritage are trying to connect from afar

Sometimes they seem to be in the sky like a bright shinny star

Oh, Mountain Stream that beats the rocks upon rocks

Hoping we can hear the Cherokee Cry

From the Voices in the Water and the Beautiful sky

It is calling for all the Cherokee to come to the Mountain Stream

So, we can be with the Great Sprit

Not only in our dreams

Oh, Maiden, Maiden, come at lass

Your Spirit Father has came from the past

Be happy, tell your family to always be aware

The Cherokee Spirits are in the streams for us to share.
