Will we have peace again?

What do you think , my friend?

Is fighting the way to really win?

Will we ever have peace, my friend?

Is sending our troops off the fight

With families, fathers, children, and wives

Will Freedom Ring?

Will we stand up and sing?

What about all the lives of 9/11?

How do you feel?

Will freedom ring?

Will we stand up, support the war

And will we sing?

What about the troops, like Vietnam brothers

And veterans, of the wars of others?

What about you, will freedom ring?

If we go into others' foreign soil

We will again be in another war.

We will loose many men?

Will freedom ring?
